Tracy was an absolute cruel and evil person. The world is better without him than it ever was with him. I can't imagine the countless lives that would have been better not having crossed paths with such an evil individual.
No need to light a candle for a Tracy, There's plenty heat and fire where he's at. If hell truly exists, Tracy is there and he deserves every agonizing moment.
