Phillip B Reams

Lexington--Phillip B. Reams passed to glory on September 21, 2017 at Lexington Medical Center. Born May 27, 1937 in Hurst, IL to Charles E. and Iva Gregersen Reames. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and graduated from Southern Illinois University. He served in Civil Service at Parris Island MCRD and Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base and retired as Facilities Manager. He was an active member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church. Surviving are his loving wife of 47 years Sharron D. Reams of Lexington, two sons Keith A. Reams (Donna) of St. Augustine, FL and Byron L. Reams (Pam) of Lexington, four grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers. He was predeceased by his first wife Geraldine Guetersloh and seven brothers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to LICS (Lexington Interfaith Community Services) or the St. Stephens Lutheran Church Building Fund.
