My deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one. How comforting to know that when death claims one of our loved ones, others feel our pain especially our Heavenly Father. That is why he gives us comfort and encouragement from his word the Bible,. Psalms 34:18 reminds us that "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in sprit" And the beautiful promise for the future at Isaiah 25:8 which says that he (God) will swallow up death forever, the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe the tears from all faces. May these Scriptures help you to cope with the sadness and grief during this time of bereavement.
