Wilma Roberts Koon

Services for Wilma R. Koon, 88, will be held 4:00pm Friday November 14, 2025 at Cedar Grove Lutheran Church with the Rev. Leon Rawl officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Grove Lutheran Church memorial fund 1220 Cedar Grove Road Leesville, SC 29070. Mrs. Koon passed away Wednesday November 12, 2025. She was a daughter of the late Richard Roberts and Ruby Caughman Roberts. Mrs. Koon was an Avid Gamecock fan and retired from Union Switch and Signal. She was also an active member of Cedar Grove Lutheran Church where she worked with the Women’s Group of the Church.

Surviving are her son Glenn Koon (Carolyn), grandchildren Joshua Koon, Alicia Carpenter (Bryan), Lori Koon, great grandchildren Christopher Carpenter, Millie Carpenter, and companion Earl Price.

She is predeceased by her husband Paschal (Pat) Koon, sister, Narcia West, brothers, Darwin “Shot” Roberts and Larry Roberts. The Family would like to express their thanks to MSA Hospice of Newberry for their support.
