Wayne Thomas Fox

Funeral service for Wayne Thomas Fox, 78, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 at First Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Wyman Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at the Fox Family Cemetery, Gilbert SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Calvary Baptist Church, 2320 Cedar Grove Road, Leesville SC 29070. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.

Mr. Fox passed away Monday, September 26th 2022. Born in Batesburg, he was a son of the late Thomas Jefferson and Nezzie Asbill Fox, a member of First Calvary Baptist Church, and he retired from Harsco Track Technologies with 41 ½ years of service.

Surviving are his wife, Dottie Jane Taylor Fox; son, Shannon Wayne Fox (Jessica); sisters, Shelby Rikard (James) and Lavone Benjamin (Ben).

He was predeceased by his brother, Wyman J. Fox; and a sister, Brenda Wheeler.
