Terry Mincey Bullard

Mrs. Terry Mincey Bullard, 66, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, June 20, 2025 surrounded by her family. Born in Lexington County, She was a daughter of Sadie Clamp Mincey and the late Shelton Mincey. Mrs. Terry was a member of First Baptist of Gilbert and retired from Gilbert Primary School where she was a teacher’s assistant.

A drop in celebration of life will be held to honor her on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 511 Juniper Springs Road, Gilbert SC 29054. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ALS Association, P.O. Box 37022, Boone, IA 50037. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

She is survived by her mother; son, Matthew Bullard (Brionna); daughters, Jessica Bullard, Brandi Snyder (Justin), and Kaci Shively (Seth); sister, Patricia “Trish” Amick (Darren); and seven grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Mark Bullard.
