Tammy Marie Vick

Tammy Marie Vick, 50, of West Columbia, SC passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020.  Born in Demopolis, AL, she was the daughter of Mary Elizabeth Hodo and the late Larry Elmore Vick, Sr. 

Tammy was predeceased by her father, Larry Vick, Sr.  She is survived by her mom, Mary Elizabeth Hodo; son, Jeremy Allen “Moon” Vick (Amber Corbett); daughter, Ashley Nicole Crone; grandchild, Emmitt Grant; a future grandchild, due May 2021; siblings, Alex Lee Vick (Tiffany), Barry E. Vick, Michael Blank (Erica), Larry E. Vick, Jr. (Crystal); and many nieces and nephews. 

When choosing a word to describe Tammy, hands down, it was “adventuress.”  For 12 years she enjoyed a quiet job at Hobby Lobby, but when she would come home she would start her hunt for her next adventure.  She loved traveling, the beach, going to concerts, Alabama football, playing pool, but most of all she loved her family.

A service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, 609 Northwood Rd. Lexington, SC.  The family will receive friends starting at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
