Memorial service for Stephanie Jones-Fitts, 58, will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Be The Match Foundation by clicking here.

Mrs. Jones-Fitts passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Born in Conway, she was a daughter of Jane Kitchens and the late Richard Freeland Jones. She loved God and her church family. Mrs. Jones-Fitts was very active and involved in church organizations; served multiple terms as an Elder in the church and organized and spent a lot of time with the child development center. She enjoyed sunrises and boating with friends on Lake Murray. Mrs. Jones-Fitts was employed by the State Senate for over 40 years working as a payroll and benefits manager.

Surviving include her husband of 20 years, John E. Fitts, III; daughters, Lauren Biggerstaff, Austin Fitts Jones (Cameron), and Devin Fitts Williams (Trey); granddaughter, Callie Mae Jones; brother, Richard F. Jones, Jr.; and niece, Kristian Jones.
