Lexington--Scott Andrew Woodruff passed away in an accident on October 2, 2019. Scott was born August 14, 1986 in Orangeburg.
He is survived by his father, Larry Woodruff (Gail) Woodruff of Gaston, his mother, Kathryn Vaughn (Eric Sanderson) of Lexington, brothers, Chris Vaughn, Casey Benton, Taylor Sanderson, Dustin (Charlene) Woodruff, step-brothers, Brian Smith, Kenneth Smith, Glenn (Donnette) Smith, nieces, Nicole, Paige, Mikayla, Felicity and Aaliyah, nephews, Zayne, Alec, Dylan, Zak, Tyler, Gage, and Aiden, adoptive parents, Sandy and Rick Miles, and best friend, Jessica McCormick.
Scott was a gentle soul with a contagious smile, loved by all who truly knew him and will be missed by many. Scott loved Clemson football, fishing, and hanging out with Chandler, Timothy and Abbigail.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
