Scott D. Swygert

Scott Duane Swygert, affectionately known as Scott, was born on July 2, 1970, in Lexington, SC, USA. He has been a resident of Lexington for 55 wonderful years. On November 17, 2025, at the age of 55, Scott left this earthly realm. He was a beloved figure in the community, known for his dedication to his work as a car hauler in the transportation industry. His commitment to his profession was evident in the pride and diligence he displayed towards his work, despite having left the workforce.

Scott was a devoted husband to his wife, Lana Venson. His love for his family was deep and unconditional. He was a steadfast father to his children, Amber Price, Johnathan Swygert, Steven Swygert, and Christopher Swygert; always providing them with guidance and support. His father, John Swygert, survives him, and they shared an unbreakable bond that was a testament to their mutual respect and love. Scott was predeceased by his loving mother, Barbara Davis, who is undoubtedly welcoming him with open arms.
