Lexington - Sandra Kelly Brasington, 77, passed into her eternal home to be with her Lord and Savior Christ Jesus on October 1, 2020. Sandra loved the Lord and her church family at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Lexington, South Carolina. She will be remembered fondly for her cheerful countenance and for her love and care for others.
Sandra was the daughter of Herbert Paul Kelly and Doris Mae (Richardson) Kelly Bethune. She was married to her childhood sweetheart Robert Odell (Bob) Brasington for 50 years. She enjoyed a career in nursing and serving in her husband's plumbing and heating business. Sandra loved dancing.
Sandra is survived by her brother, Herbert Paul (Herb) Kelly, Jr.; her son, Robert (Berry) Brasington (Marci); her daughter, Lisa Brasington Acker (Tom); her grandchildren, Ashley Brasington Garcia (Mo), Jason Andrew Gates, Erika Taylor Brasington, James (Matthew) Durrance; and her great-grandchildren, Carmen Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Preston Gates, Bentlee Gates, and Ruby Garcia.
