Ruth Warren Adams

Allendale-Services for Ruth Warren Adams, 81,  will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday  at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel with the Rev. Gene Long officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G.   Mrs. Adams passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018. Born in Leesville,  she was a daughter of the late Charlie Sidney and Nannie Pansy Burkett Warren.  She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, a former SS Teacher, and currently attending Mount Arnon Baptist Church in Allendale. Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and  retired as a Day Care Operator.

  Surviving are her husband, James C. Adams; sons, J. Carrol (Kayla) Adams, Jr. and  Tim S. (Nita) Adams; sisters, Frances W. Shaw and Sandra K. Warren; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.   

  She was predeceased by her brothers, Charlie S. Warren Jr. and C. Larry Warren; and a sister, Louise Rosson.
