Ronald "Keith" Schumpert

Funeral services for Ronald “Keith” Schumpert, 62, will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Beulah United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Beulah UMC, 161 Beulah Church Rd., Gilbert, SC 29054 or S.C. Alzheimers Association, 140 Stoneridge Dr. #640, Columbia, SC 29210. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.

Mr. Schumpert passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Born in Columbia he was the son of the late Margine Gunter Schumpert. He worked for the University of South Carolina as a Trade Specialist and was a member of Beulah UMC. Keith was a devoted husband and father who supported his children’s passions and loved them with all his heart.

He is survived by his wife, Selena Oswald Schumpert; son Joshua Keith Schumpert and a daughter Olivia Katherine Schumpert, brothers-in-law, Moody Oswald, Jr. (Jane). Larry Oswald (Nancy) and Tim Oswald (Debbie).
