Robert (Bob) McWilliams

Graveside services for Robert “Bob” Melvin McWilliams, Jr., 73, will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 25, 2022 at Southland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Bill Harmon will officiate the service. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.

Mr. McWilliams was welcomed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 21, 2022. Born August 13, 1948, he was the son of the late Robert Melvin McWilliams, Sr. and Sarah Emma McWilliams.

Mr. McWilliams is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Frances McWilliams; daughter, Haley McWilliams; and grandchildren, Gracie and Collin, all of Lexington, and a sister, Daphne Johnson of Florida. He was predeceased by a sister, Dolly Harmon and father-in-law, Joe Moore.

Having served in the Vietnam War with the US Army, he was very proud of his contribution to his country.

Known as Bob, to all who knew and loved him, he will truly be missed.  His quick wit and sense of humor is something we all will remember.
