Rhonda Watson Bedenbaugh

Memorial Services for Rhonda Watson Bedenbaugh, 49, will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Wittenberg Lutheran Church. Visitation will follow the service in the commons area. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Wittenberg Lutheran Church, 233 N. Lee St., Leesville, SC 29070. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.

  Mrs. Bedenbaugh passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. Born in West Columbia, she was a daughter of W. Rondoll Watson and the late Violet Elizabeth Price Watson and was a lifelong member of Wittenberg Lutheran Church. As a Registered Nurse she was a CNA Instructor for The Lifelong Learning Center in Lexington District 3, as well as a RN at several Endoscopy Centers. She loved embroidering, sewing, teaching, especially raising her daughter, Shayla, her nephews, Zane and Lane and her “nieces”, Ella and Sophie. Mrs. Bedenbaugh loved traveling to Edisto Beach and the mountains. She loved life and was a friend to anyone she met.

  Surviving are her husband of 25 years, Dennis Bedenbaugh, daughter, Shayla Mae Bedenbaugh, her father, W. Rondoll Watson, sister, Dawn W. Bedenbaugh (Tracy), nephews Zane Bedenbaugh (Laura Cockrell, Bryson and Mackenzie Addy), Lane Bedenbaugh (Cassidy Foreman),  cousin, Torry Dickey (Eric) ,“nieces”, Ella and Sophie Dickey, and sister-in-law, Michelle Bedenbaugh.

  The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Richland Trauma ICU Unit 6th floor for their love and care.
