Radames "Ipy" Pineiro Torres

Radames "Ipy" Pineiro Torres, 72, of Gaston, South Carolina passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on November 15, 2025.

Born on July 3, 1953 in Manati, Puerto Rico, Ipy lived a life marked by warmth, laughter and an unwavering love for family and friends. He will be remembered for his good heart and a smile that would light up a room. Ipy had many passions that reflected his joyful spirit - his love for cars, long afternoons spent playing poker and dominoes, grilling outside for those he loved and friendly games of pool.

Ipy is survived by his children, Rita Y. Pineiro, Myrnaliz Pineiro, Marbin R. Pineiro, Danaliz Pineiro Rivera, and Stephanie Pineiro. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

He was predeceased by his parents, Teodoro Pineiro Colon and Agueda Torres Marrero; and his loving wife, Eneida Pineiro.

Funeral service will be held 6pm Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends from 4pm to 6pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Entombment will be held 2pm Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Florence Memorial Gardens.
