Patsy Allen Obituary

Patsy E. Allen, 79, of West Columbia, SC passed away peacefully Saturday, January 16, 2021. She was born on March 8, 1941 in Edgefield, SC. She was the daughter of the late Charles William Eubanks, Sr. and Mary E. Sowell and was a member of Suburban Baptist Church.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Outlaw; a granddaughter, Meredith Outlaw; a brother, Billy Eubanks (Carole); and several nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to Dr. Burgess, and the nurses at Agape Care Hospice in Lexington for the care and love she was shown there.

A private memorial service will be held in at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Agape Care-110 Dillon Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
