Patricia Kay Hoffman, 64, passed away April 24, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born July 3, 1957 in Glouster, Ohio to Mary and John Barrett.

She is survived by her husband of 21 years, David Mark Hoffman; daughter, Meleia Boch; son, Jason Zearley; grandsons, Zachariah Boch, Daniel and Dylan Zearley; father-in-law, Denver Hoffman; stepfather, Robert Kelly; sister, Rose Barrett; sister-in-law, Vickie (Phillip) Crider; brothers, James (Nancy) Parkinson, Bob (Cindi) Parkinson; brother-in-law, Joey (Brenda) Hoffman; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Patricia was predeceased by her grandson, Jason Boch Jr.; mother, May Kelly; mother-in-law, Martha Hoffman, brothers, Miles Parkinson, John Parkinson; sister, Jamie Barber; father, John Barrett; and stepfather, Eugene Parkinson.

She loved her family and friends dearly; her garden and her plants; and her 4 dogs: Princess, Peanut, Lucy, and Greta.

The family will have a memorial service at a future date. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family.
