Marvin James Gilpatrick

Funeral services for Marvin James Gilpatrick, 60, will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, May 16 at the funeral home.

Marvin was a hard worker. Besides welding, he did restaurant equipment repair and mechanic work. He had no problem meeting new people or embarrassing someone to get a laugh.

He is survived by his sons, Dennis and Kyle Gilpatrick, daughters, Erica Gochanour and Tabitha Gilpatrick and a host of grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, James Gilpatrick (Katrinia); sisters, Melony Wesolowski (Rick) and Tammy Baton. He was predeceased by his parents, Edna and Marvin Gilpatrick, sister, Denise Gilpatrick, and brother, Timothy Gilpatrick.
