Lyndell "Dale" E. Yates, Jr.

West Columbia - Lyndell Ernest Yates, Jr., 55, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Friday, February, 7, 2020. Born in Augusta, GA on September 25, 1964, he was the son of Nancy M. and Lyndell E., Yates, Sr.

Dale loved fishing, his dog Smoke, and was looking forward to being a granddaddy.

Mr. Yates is survived by his daughter, Hannah Taylor (T.J.), unborn grandson, Matthew Taylor, and his parents. He was predeceased by his sister, Tammy Y. Ricard, and brother-in law, Gary Ricard.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Visitation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
