Lorene Sease Mills

Lorene Sease Mills, 84 passed on to be with the Lord on May 12, 2022. Born August 4, 1937, in Irmo, she was the daughter of the late Terrell Sease and Marcelia Fincher.  Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a member of First Calvary Church of Leesville. Mrs. Mills never met a stranger and always tried to help others.

 She is survived by her sons; David Mills, Jr. (Sarah) and Kenneth Mills;   daughter; Kathy Singleton; sisters, Tami Redding and Phyllis Rogers; grandchildren, Heath Mills (Haley), Amber Singleton, Marshal Singleton, McKenzie Mills, and Madalyn Mills; great grandchildren, Kyle Rogers, Gabriel Mills, Zoe Mills, Callan Mills, Brody Mills, Jase Snyder,  and Colton Snyder.

She is predeceased by her husband, David Mills, Sr.; sisters, Ella Ree Mills, Francis Yelton, Louise Odom, Alma Hall, and Eleanor Walters; brothers, Karl Sease, Terrell Sease, Julian Sease, Robert Sease, and John Sease.

Services will be held 10am on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, 609 Northwood Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Burial will follow at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery following the service. Family will   receive friends from 6pm to 8pm, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the funeral home.
