Lloyd Edward Krueger

Lloyd Edward Krueger passed in peace at the Dorn VA hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the age of 82. He is survived by his brother, Earl Krueger (sister-in-law Bernice); sister, Rita Krueger; and sister-in-law, Yvonne Krueger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Krueger and Selma Hillmann-Krueger and brother, Eugene Krueger.

He was born in Appleton, Wisconsin, moved to South Carolina in 1990’s. He was a corporate pilot for Allied Corp. in Columbia, South Carolina and settled in Whiteplains Plantation in 2004 and was most proud of his airplane and maintained his membership in the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association). He maintained a successful heating and air-conditioning business and will be lovingly remembered by family and friends. He was an Army Veteran and served proudly in the Korean War.

A memorial service will be held at Whiteplains Plantation gazebo on Sunday, November 3 at 2:00 PM. Location is off Windy Road to Golden Jubilee in Gilbert, SC. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family.
