Lillie McCartha Obituary

Lillie Mae McCartha was born January 9, 1931 in Johnston, SC and passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Lula Bell Rowe and William Riddlehoover.

Mrs. McCartha worked as a nurse’s aid at Rickards Nursing Home. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her sons, Larry McCartha (June), Bennett Charles McCartha (Debbie); daughters, Shirley Shull (Alvin), Dorothy McEachern (Don), Linda Milton (Joey); seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. McCartha was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clayton McCartha and eight siblings.

A graveside will be held at Lexington Memorial Cemetery on Monday, April 27, 2020.
