Kevin M. Talbert

Graveside memorial services for Kevin M. Talbert, 73, will be conducted 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2025 at Pond Branch Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Drew Martin and the Rev. Greg Davis officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Pond Branch Methodist Church, 1913 Pond Branch Rd., Gilbert, SC 29054. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Talbert passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025.  Born in Columbus, Ohio, he was a son of the late Rev. Arlys Monford and Maureen Empson Talbert. He was a member of Pond Branch Methodist Church and retired from PBT with 35 years of service.

Surviving are his wife, Marcia Harmon Talbert, son, Troy Talbert (Rosetta), daughter, Tamera Talbert (Matthew Jenkins), a sister, Arleen T. Renna, brothers, Stephen Talbert (Lynn) and Arlys Monford Talbert, Jr. (Marilyn).
