Kelly Compton Terrell

Kelly Compton Terrell, 51, of Batesburg- Leesville, SC, passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. Kelly was born on February 19, 1974 in Columbia, South Carolina. She is the daughter of Larry Curtis Compton Sr. and Iris Latimer Compton . Kelly dedicated her life to her family, finding her greatest joy in being a devoted mother and home maker. Her caring and nurturing nature touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She found joy in cooking, often expressing her love through the meals she prepared for her family and friends. Kelly will be remembered for her selflessness and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She is survived by her son, Timothy Spencer Prince-Terrell; her brother, Larry Curtis Compton Jr; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel.
