Juanita D. Kendrick traveled to her heavenly home on March 24, 2026. Her memorial service will be held on April 7, 2026 at 1:00 pm at The Harvest in Lexington, SC. Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
Juanita Kendrick was born on June 25, 1945 to the late Levi Dinkins and Lily Kent. She is predeceased by her husband, Rev. Broadus "Butch" C. Kendrick, Jr. She is also predeceased by five sisters and one half-brother. She is survived by two half-sisters and one half-brother. Juanita was devoted to her family and they were always her primary focus in life. She was also a devoted Christian and spread the message of God's love to everyone.
Her surviving children are Janie (Dennis) Carter, Pam Kendrick, Becky (Glenn) Smith, Shirley (Phil) Cole, Butch (Andrea) Kendrick, Carlisle (Amy) Kendrick, and Victoria (Cody) Patrick. Her grandchildren are Crystal (Warren) Thornton, TJ (Kristin) Watts, Mark (Janice) Dill, Elizabeth (Michael) Watson, Eugene George, Tony (Jody) Kendrick, Brandon Kendrick, Kymberly Kendrick, Steven (Katie) Kendrick, Austin Kendrick, Alexis Kendrick, Cameron Kendrick, Ivy Williams, Colton Patrick, and Timothy Patrick. She has many great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Juanita is also survived by her dear fur grand puppy, Winston Kendrick. They spent every day taking care of each other.
