West Columbia - Services for Joella M. DeCarpio, 74, will be held at a later date and time with family.

Mrs. DeCarpio died Sunday, March 22, 2020. Born in Corpus Christy, Texas she was the daughter of the late Donald K. Archer and Hazel M. Archer formerly of Jacksonville, Fla.

Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Thomas P. DeCarpio Sr. of West Columbia; sons, Thomas P. DeCarpio Jr. (Lydia) of Gaston and Michael M. DeCarpio of Richmond, Va.; brother, Donald K. Archer, Jr. (Linda) of Jeffersonville, Ind.; sister, Leanne K. Eisler (David) of California City, Calif.; brothers Bradford Archer of Denver, Co. and Jeffrey Archer (Nancy) of Levittown N. Y.; grandchildren, Tarrin D. Knight (Lucas) of Lugoff, SC., Patrick J. DeCarpio (Brandi) of Gaston, SC., Kaitlyn A. DeCarpio (Julian) of West Columbia, SC., Phillip M. Walker (Dawnn) of Lexington, SC and Madison V. Stephenson (Michael) of Gaston, SC.; and four very loved great-grandchildren; Chloey DeCarpio, Sophia Knight, Cooper Knight, Koltin Walker and Drake DeCarpio.

Burial will be in the Mausoleum at Southland Memorial Gardens. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
