A celebration of life for Jeremiah Sharpe, 44, will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
Mr. Sharpe passed away January 4, 2021. Born in West Columbia and raised in Blythewood, he was the son of Ronald Sharpe (Dorothy) and the late Margaret Hixon. He was considered a family man. He loved to do many things with the children from trying to find arrowheads to shopping with the girls. He was always willing to do things for others and would give the shirt off of his back to help someone. Mr. Sharpe was also an avid Clemson Tigers fan and enjoyed working on his 67’ Firebird on his spare time.
He is survived by his biological father and step-mother; dad, Clyde Thomas Hixon and mom, Patricia Gale Hixon; wife of over 17 years, Mary Sharpe; grandmother, Peggy Hixon; sons, Joey Adkins and T.J. Hoffman; daughters, Kelsi Sharpe, Kaidi Sharpe, and Cherokee Bradshaw; brothers, Gene Sharpe, Joey Sharpe, Chris Luckey, Chris Hixon (Pam), Trevor Hixon (Michelle), Troy Hixon (Kelly), Todd Seaton (Tiffany), and Brian Hixon (Angela); sisters, Missy Burris, Jessie Joye (Jason), and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother; daughter, Autumn Joiner, and sister, Christina Stabler.
Per CDC and state Guidelines, mask and social distancing are recommended while attending the service.
