Jeanette Sease

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Jeanette Sease of Gilbert, South Carolina.

Jeanette worked for over thirty years as a seamstress before she became a full-time mom and grandma to many. Mom, Grandma, Nana, she answered to all. She accepted all in with open arms, loved and was loved dearly. She was known as everyone's mother and grandmother. She loved the Lord and was a media church member of the Family Worship Center, Baton Rouge. She loved listening to hymns of old and new and rarely missed a service. She loved watching On Patrol Live and Fixer Upper. She also loved watching Whammy with her special friend (daughter) Joyce Spivey. They also spent many hours studying the bible. More than anything, she loved spending time with family, and to her, all was family.

She was predeceased by her mother, Norma "Noma" V. Smith; and grandsons, Michael Gilpatrick and Michael Crowley, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Robert Sease Jr. (Sharon); daughters, Katrinia Gilpatrick (Jim), Meloney Wesolowski (Rick) of Gilbert, Darlene Greene (Dennis Sr.), Peggy Stapleton (Scott), and Anita Bland; sisters in heart, Carol Price (Leland) and Christy Baker; grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Cooper Gilpatrick, Brandon Wesolowski (Abbie), Kaitlyn Osteen, Addisynn Gailey and Lauren Howard (Patrick) of Gilbert, Melissa Locklear (Billy), Peggy Ann Groves (Billy), Donna Keenon (Matt), Ricky Bland Jr., Mark Crowley, Dennis Greene Jr., Nikki Caldwell and Andy Greene; along with many, many special great and great-grandchildren.
 

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Barr-Price Funeral Home, 609 Northwood Road, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072. The funeral service will follow at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at Lexington Memorial Cemetery, 1772-1782 West Main Street, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072. Pallbearers will be Jim, Anthony, Nicholas Gilpatrick, Rick and Brandon Wesolowski, Ricky Brand Jr.
