Jacob Hallman Obituary

Pastor Hallman went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 19, 2020.  Born in Newberry, he was a son of the late George R. Hallman and Effie Mae Davis Hallman.  He was a retired truck driver, carpenter, and was a life long servant of the Lord, preaching and ministering for many years.  

Surviving are his wife, Betty B. Hallman; son, Jacob Chris Hallman (Janna); daughters, Deena Hallman Smart (Rob) and Carla Hallman McGinnis; sister, Judith H. Rikard; grandchildren, Alex McGinnis (Rebecca), Ashlyn McGinnis, Julianna Gulder (Benjamin), Joseph (Jani), Jonathan, Jacob O., Jelena, Jillisa, and Jeremyah Hallman; great-grandchildren, Penelope and Brinton. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Robert P. McGinnis and a brother, George Raymond Hallman, Jr.

A celebration of Jacob’s life will be held at a later date. The Family of Jacob T Hallman would like to thank everyone sincerely for all your thoughts and prayers. All Memorials in honor of Jacob should be sent to Bible Believers Holiness Church, 277 Trinity Rd. Saluda SC 29138. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
