Jacob Hallman Obituary

Pastor Hallman went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Born in Newberry, he was a son of the late George R. Hallman and Effie Mae Davis Hallman. He was a retired truck driver, carpenter, and was a life long servant of the Lord, preaching and ministering for many years.

Surviving are his wife, Betty B. Hallman; son, Jacob Chris Hallman (Janna); daughters, Deena Hallman Smart (Rob) and Carla Hallman McGinnis; sister, Judith H. Rikard; grandchildren, Alex McGinnis (Rebecca), Ashlyn McGinnis, Julianna Gulder (Benjamin), Joseph (Jani), Jonathan, Jacob O., Jelena, Jillisa, and Jeremyah Hallman; great-grandchildren, Penelope and Brinton. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Robert P. McGinnis and a brother, George Raymond Hallman, Jr.

A celebration of Jacob’s life will be held at a later date. The Family of Jacob T Hallman would like to thank everyone sincerely for all your thoughts and prayers. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
