Jackie Waters Parker

Jackie Waters Parker, 85, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, she was surrounded by her children. Born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Sarah and Grover Cleveland Waters. Jackie was a dedicated Georgia Bulldog fan, a Napa Parts Retiree, but her favorite title was always Nanny.

She was predeceased by her son, Kenneth Parker.

She is survived by her sons, Jim Deal (Julie) of Fargo, ND and Keith Parker, of Lexington, SC; her daughter, Kimberly Madden, of West Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Brandon (Ashley), Daniel (Krysta), Zachary, Caitilin (Tim), Christopher, and Carley; and her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Lucius, Logan, Owen and Mackenzie.

A private service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 for the family. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family.
