Obituary
Hazel Roof-Frick, 89, entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was born in Prosperity, SC to the late Wilbur and Gladys Counts.
She loved spending time with family, going fishing, crocheting and reading. She spent many years caring for children, as a foster parent and in daycares.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Asbill (Ray); grandchildren, Anthony Asbill (Lisa), Laura Moore (Scott) and Brandon Roof; brother, Bobby (Janice) Counts; sister, Linda Mantooth (Hugh); great grandsons, Alex Moore and Lucas Moore.
She is predeceased by husbands, Donald Roof and Labon “Jack” Frick; son, Donny Roof and daughter-in-law, Wanda Roof Sheck.
Funeral Services will held at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel on Saturday, May14, at 3pm. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 2 pm to 3 pm.
Memorials may be made to The Food Pantry of Nazareth Lutheran Church.
