Harold Lindler Obituary

Harold Felton Lindler, a resident of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away on July 6, 2025. Born in Lexington on April 17, 1950, Harold accepted Jesus as his personal savior over fifty years ago, he went on to be a deacon in his church and continued to show his love for others throughout his life. He was a hard-working devoted husband, father, and grandfather, sometimes working more than one job to provide for his family. He was known for his love for God, his family, and his country. He served in the National Guard and was an avid supporter of Making America Great Again!
Harold is survived by his devoted wife, Sara; his two daughters, April Taylor (Brad) and Wendy Stroud (Richard); five grandchildren, Trevor Taylor, Rachel Stroud, Carlie Taylor, Sarah Stroud, and Jessica Stroud;  three sisters Patricia Campbell (Lindsay), Jane Shirey (Nathan) Faye Shealy (Dial) and many nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur Harold and Lydia Lindler.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium Lexington Chapel 609 Northwood Road, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at the funeral home. Burial will follow St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 1273 Calks Ferry Road, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072.
Harold deeply loved his wife and daughters immensely and always referred to them as “His Girls”. His absence from their lives will be tremendous and he will be greatly missed by his friends.
We invite family and friends who loved Harold to share their memories and upload photos to his memorial page. We hope that in sharing these memories, we can celebrate Harold’s life and the impact he had on each of us.
