George "Little Georgie" Gomez, Jr.

Funeral service for George H. Gomez, Jr., “Little Georgie” 17, will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel with burial to follow at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Leesville SC. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

“Little Georgie” passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025. Born in West Columbia, he was a son of Jorge Gomez, Sr. and the late Shannon Nicole Hall Gomez. He also was senior at Batesburg-Leesville High School and worked for C&C Machinery.

Surviving are his father Jorge Gomez, Sr.; sister, Mia Nicole Gomez; brothers, Marcus Hall Gomez, Noah Hall Gomez, and Angel Alexander Gomez; grandparents, Robert Bunch, Cheryl Bunch, Perry Hall, Betty Hall, and Teresa Gomez.
