Frederick B. Vansant, Jr.

Frederick Boyd Vansant, Jr. (60) departed this earthly life on May 16, 2025. A native of Batesburg-Leesville, he most recently resided in Myrtle Beach where he was a sales person at Rooms To Go for over 10 years.

Survived by his brother, Carl (Pam) Vansant; several close cousins; step-son, Kas Black; and his beloved cats. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Jamie Vansant; and an infant brother.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm Friday, June 6, 2025 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium Historic B-L Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local animal shelter/rescue or a charity of your choice.
