Frances M Shealy

Frances M. Shealy, 96, of Chapin, SC passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.  She was born in Columbia, SC to the late Joseph and Lena R. Mooneyham.

Frances was an amazing cook.  She was a kind woman that gave so much to her family.  Frances was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her son, Monroe (Bernice) Shealy; her daughter, Patty Bagwell; her sister, Jolene Haigler; her grandchildren, Bryan (Shelly) Bouknight, Toby Bouknight, James Belford; her great-grandchildren, Sydney Bouknight and Tristin Jones.

Frances is preceded in death by her loving husband of 78 years, Monroe F. Shealy; her sisters, Lucille Hicks and Ida Belle Gallaway.

There will be a graveside service held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 11733 Broad River Road, Chapin, SC 29036 at 1:00PM. 

The family would like to give a special thanks to Mardina Harrison, Theresa Johnson, Nurse Kim and the kind staff at the Agape Hospice House of Lexington.
