Lexington – Elizabeth Ann Snyder, 97, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Cockayne.

Survivors include her daughter, Jean F. Terebo (Richard); son, Charles M. LeBase, MSG Retired, (Susan); grandchildren, Deniel Greene (TK), Jeannie Devlin (Jeff), Jeff Hutcherson, Valerie Peters, Christina Kelly (Patrick), Charles M. LeBase, Jr.; as well as 17 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren, and 1 future great-great-great grandchild, Josiah.

Friends and family will have a private gathering and celebration of life.

We would like to give a special thanks to the amazing staff of Lexington Medical Center, Extended Care whose love and honor and devotion provided the very best in quality of life these past few years.
