Edward D. Furr

Funeral Services for Edward D. Furr, 66, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel,  with burial to follow in Lexington Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12:00 Noon-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Furr was the son of the late Edward and Lorine Furr and passed away at his home on Sunday, July 1, 2018.  He was the  owner/operator of Furr & Son Construction and was a dedicated Cubs fan.  He was a beloved husband and father who will be greatly missed by his family.

Surviving are his sons, Edward Furr, Jr. (Joy) and James Miller (Tamara); daughters, Olif and Charity Wojciechowski,  Amber Furr, and Susie Buffkin; brother, Tim Furr; sister, Jan Teynor, 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by  his wife, Patricia Furr and a nephew, Jim Teynor.
