Eddie D. Flake

Eddie D. Flake, born on January 21, 1949 in Aiken, SC, and resident of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away on August 28, 2025. Eddie lived a fruitful life, filled with a passion for automobiles, which served him well in his career in auto sales, only retiring after many successful years. Eddie's love for cars was not only a job but a hobby that brought him great joy.

 He was a dedicated family man, survived by his loving wife, Linda Flake; his stepson, Andy Brooks (Vanessa); and his cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth and William Brooks. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, James and Alberta Flake. The memory of Eddie's unwavering dedication to his family and the love he had for his hobbies will forever be remembered. Services are under the direction of Barr-Price Funeral Homes & Crematorium (Lexington). In honor of Eddie, we encourage friends and family to share memories and upload photos to his memorial page.
