Dorothy "Dot" Oswald

Graveside service for Dorothy “Dot” Earhart Oswald, 85, will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Beulah Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 284 Old Duncan Road, Leesville SC 29070.

Mrs. Oswald passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Born in Leesville, she was the daughter of the late L.B. and Willa Ruth Holley Earhart. She was a member of Beulah Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

Surviving are a daughter, Linda Shealy (Mike); daughter-in-law Jane Oswald; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Oswald, son Ricky Oswald, siblings, Ruby Bedenbaugh, Betty Jo Metts Gable, Buddy Earhart and Gerald Earhart.
