Donald Evan Williams Jr. "Evan" was born in Bladen County on August 2, 1962. He passed away in Lexington County on July 22, 2019.

He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Evan Williams Sr and his mother Janice Williams Brice. He is survived by his son, Tyler Evan Williams of Columbia, SC, two sisters, Sharon Williams of Raeford, NC and Pamela Benton and husband Scott of Lumberton, NC, nephew Adrian Packer and nieces Madelyn and Halli Benton, and Hannah and Chloe Collins.

Evan grew up in Lumberton but as you all know, Lumberton could not contain him. He moved to South Carolina and never looked back. He had a zest for life and his smile and laugh showed it. Evan was a joker and played many pranks over the years. Some of you were victims of these pranks I'm sure. He loved his family and friends endlessly just as we loved him.
