Danny A Taylor

Mr. Danny A. Taylor, 76, passed away on Tuesday June 22, 2021. Born April 27, 1945 in Lexington S.C., he was the son of the late Ansel and Sarah Steele Taylor.

He was a graduate of Lexington High School, class of 1963. Mr. Taylor retired from the S.C Tax Commission where he was an auditor for over 30 years. He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Belverly Taylor; his sons, Paul Taylor (Melissa) and Kevin Taylor (Emmie); his beloved grandchildren, Chandler, Rosabelle and Connor Taylor.

Danny loved landscaping, working in his yard, playing golf and his canine companion, Buddy.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 23, 2021, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 24, 2021 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Lexington S.C. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
