Cecil Lloyd Lowman

Cecil Lloyd Lowman, 78, of Gilbert, SC passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021.  He was born December 21, 1942 to the late Elzie Vernon and Pearl Keisler Lowman.

Cecil was a proud U. S. Marine.  He retired from Bell South after 33 years.  Cecil was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rachel Jumper Lowman; his son, Michael Lowman; his daughter, Jennifer (Kenny) Steele; his brothers; Jessie V. (Vernelle) Lowman, Daniel Lowman, Harold (Lindell) Lowman; his sisters; Bula (William, Jr.) Matthews, Eula (S.J.) Price; his grandchildren; Jordon, Dalton, Kylie Steele; his step-grandchild, Corey (Brittany) Hyatt; his step-great-grandchild, McKenzie Wagner; his brother-in-law, Hoy Heywood and sister-in-law, Nancy Lowman.

Cecil is preceded in death by his brother Roy Lowman and his sister Myrtie Heywood.

There will be a graveside service at St. Matthews Lutheran Church Cemetery on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at  2:00PM.  Rev. Glenn Day will be officiating.
