Brett A. Scyphers

Graveside service for Brett Anthony Scyphers, 60, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lexington County Choral Society P. O. Box 1179 Lexington, SC 29071.

Brett passed away November, 11, 2025. Born in Charlotte, NC he was a son of William F. Scyphers and Linda Scott McIntosh.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, William F. and Carol Scyphers of Gilbert; mother and step-father, Linda Scott and Harold G. “Hal” McIntosh of Lexington; sister, Patricia C. (Terry Joe ) Spires of Gilbert; nephews, Adam (Brooke) Spires and Mitch (Tricia) Spires; and a great-nephew, Jett Spires.

The family would like to thank Midlands Center, Babcock Center, and Calhoun County Disabilities commonly known as Wire Road, II for all of the loving care of Brett since he was a little boy.
