Gilbert- Private graveside services for Bobby Eugene Drafts, 86, will be conducted Sunday, April 5, 2020 at First Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Mendle Baker officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Calvary Baptist Church, 2320 Cedar Grove Rd., Leesville, SC 29070

Mr. Drafts passed away peacefully at home April 3, 2020. Born in Gilbert, SC on April 30, 1933, he was the son of the late Frank and Lois Drafts.

He was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church, Leesville, SC. Survived by his loving wife of 48 years Iris B. Drafts, and four children, Angela B. Keels (John), Johnny Benton (Tina), Roger Benton (Karen) and predeceased by a son Wendell Benton.

Also 10 grandchildren, Daniel Keels, Hannah Spruell, John Benton, Jessica Benton, Andrew Benton, Christopher Benton, Joshua Benton, Amber Rawl, Nicole Dew, and Spencer Benton; 4 great-grandchildren, Payton Keels, Noah Benton, Kingston Rawl and Blaise Dew.

The Family would like to thank, the many caregivers, Compassionate Care Hospice, and their church family for their support and care. Also the services provided by Hollow Creek Fire Department during the last several months.
