Billy Ray Mathis, Jr.

Billy Ray Mathis, Jr., 48, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020.  A graveside service will be held at Southland Memorial Gardens on Saturday, November 14 at 4:00 p.m.  Family will receive friends following the service.  Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.

Born in San Bernardino, CA, he was the son of Billy Ray, Sr. and Karen Stokes Mathis.  He was a loyal employee at DAK Americas for 18 years and Precision Plumbing in Sandy Run for 10 years.

Billy is survived by his parents; his wife of 20 years, Shannon Mathis; beloved sons, Milo Mathis and Ian Soles; maternal grandmother, Josephine Hartwell; mother-in-law, Melanie Lineberger; and father-in-law, Dwight Spencer (Starlene.)  He will be deeply missed by all.
