Belinda Fallaw Carson

Funeral service for Belinda Fallaw Carson, 79, will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel with burial to follow at Ridge Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

 Mrs. Carson passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023. Born in Monetta, she was a daughter of the late James and Bessie Wells Fallaw. She was a high school teacher in Tennessee, Florida, California, and lastly at Beaufort High School where she retired in 2001 with over 32 years of service.

Surviving are her husband, James P. “Jimmy” Carson, Jr.; brother, Marvin Fallaw; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Jay Carson; a brother, Byron Fallaw; and sisters, Phyllis Hartley and Judy Price.
