Audrey Ann Olsen Brazell passed away January 12, 2026 at the age of 68. She was born on December 14, 1957 in Munich, Germany. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lewis Brazell; her parents, Harry Olsen and Maria Wyville; and her brothers, Glenn Olsen, Richard Olsen, and Carl Olsen.
Audrey worked for many years as a Medical Records Coding Auditor, serving in both South Carolina and Florida. She was dedicated to her profession and respected for her knowledge and attention to detail.
A woman of faith, Audrey was of the Lutheran faith. In her leisure time, she enjoyed taking cruises and especially loved visiting Helen, Georgia, a place that brought her peace and happiness. She also deeply loved her dogs, Harley and Missy, who were cherished companions and brought her great comfort and joy. Audrey held a deep love for her family in Germany, who remained close to her heart throughout her life.
She is survived by her children, Joshua Ford (Lisa), Theresia Ford, Levi Brazell (Anna) and Kim Brazell; her sisters, Robin Brokob (Bill) and Sandra Parrott; and her brothers, Michael Wyville, Arnold Olsen (Stephanie), and Roger Olsen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon Ruilova (Bekah), Katie Hallman, Brandi Sharpe, Austin Whitmire, Jocy, Lucas, Damian, Chris Windham, Corey Windham and Cayla Windham; her cherished great-grandson, Kashton; and her beloved family in Germany.
Audrey will be remembered for her love of family, her devotion to her faith, and the special bonds she shared across generations and across continents. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
The family wishes to thank Lutheran Hospice for the care and support that Ms. Audrey received for her end-of-life care. They were amazing in everything they did for her and her family.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later time. Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
