Artie Dwayne Taulbee

Memorial service for Artie Dwayne Taulbee, 60, will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Samaria Baptist Church in Batesburg, South Carolina  with the Rev. Wesley Mayfield officiating. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Taulbee went to be home with Jesus on Thursday, October 16, 2025 after a battle with cancer.  Born in Leesville, he was a son of Jerry Taulbee and the late Earleen Oswald Taulbee and was a lifelong truck driver.

Surviving are his fiancée, Adrienne Zryd; parents, Jerry and Gwen Taulbee; children, Nicole Eaton, Brittany Taulbee, Jake Maroney and Clayton Johnson; sisters, Michele Kight, Sherry Long, and Ele Watkins; brothers, Jon-Eric Taulbee and Wayne Watkins, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Tina Alberton Taulbee, son, Stevie Alberton, mother, Earleen Oswald Taulbee, and sister, Tina Taulbee Baird.
