Mr. Arnold Graham Osborne passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late Harold Graham and Nancy Little Osborne. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.

Surviving are his wife, Belinda Black Osborne, stepchildren, Daphne Barrow, Amanda Hill, and Johnny “P.J.” Hill, brother, Mike Osborne (Ellen), eight step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
